We also need to check the hydraulic oil level and oil quality of the machine, and the hydraulic system of the lifting platform. We usually use 32 # hydraulic oil, and the use of appropriate oil is also an important way to protect the machine. When the lifting height of the hydraulic lifting platform reaches the maximum, the hydraulic oil should be 40 to 50 mm higher than the bottom of the oil tank. When the oil is abnormal, such as the color of the oil becomes dark and the oil contains impurities, the hydraulic oil should be replaced in time to protect the normal use and daily maintenance of the machine.
Besides monthly maintenance, year-end maintenance is also very important. At the end of the year, the hydraulic and pipeline connection parts of the machine shall be replaced in time according to the existing damage. In addition, clean the oil suction filter, and then put it back into the oil tank according to the original position, and replace the oil tank with new oil.
