2. The influence of low temperature environment on the hydraulic oil, lubricating grease and diesel oil of the hydraulic lift. The hydraulic oil is used as the working medium to transmit the power for the winch luffing, slewing and telescoping of the lift leg retracting system and lifting operation. The viscosity of hydraulic oil is very important. If the viscosity is too high, the internal friction resistance of the system will increase, the pressure loss will increase, the oil temperature will rise too fast, and the action will lag during operation; The viscosity is too low, the volumetric efficiency of the pump is low, the lubrication performance is poor, and the motion friction resistance between parts is increased. The viscosity of hydraulic oil varies with the working temperature, so special attention should be paid to the selection of low-temperature hydraulic oil.
3. Lubricating oil: when the gearbox, transfer case, drive axle, winch mechanism and slewing mechanism operate at low temperature, the lubricating oil of the hydraulic lift shall be gear oil with high viscosity index, low freezing point and good lubricity, otherwise, the transmission efficiency will be significantly reduced, the wear of transmission parts will be increased, the operation of the gearbox and transfer case will be heavy, and the shift will be difficult.
