Push Around Man Lift
The Push Around Man Lift has a lifting range of 7m~14m and a load range of 120~150kg. Its compact size enables it to get into a variety of narrow spaces, and it has extremely light non-marking tires and rubber stabilizers, allowing it to work on a variety of fragile surfaces. The machine can be easily loaded, moved and set up by one person, or towed by a trailer or truck, and requires only minimal maintenance.
Vertical Mast Lift

Safety Precautions
Before performing any maintenance on the hydraulic system, relieve the pressure to prevent the pressure oil from spraying out and the lift workbench from suddenly sliding down.
Lubricate Lift Links
Regularly polish the lubricating oil between the link pins of the lift to reduce the degree of wear between parts and reduce noise.
Inspect and Clean Lowering Valve:
Remove and disassemble the lowering valve of the lift, blow off the plunger with compressed air, then install it and check all hydraulic lines and fittings. The pipes must not be damaged, the joints must not be loose, and all joints must be tightened.
Check Hydraulic Oil
The lift should be fully raised, and in this position, the hydraulic floor should be 40-50mm higher than the bottom of the box. If the hydraulic oil is dark, sticky, or has foreign matter such as gravel, replace it in time (32# hydraulic oil).
Inspect Lift Components
Regularly check whether the rollers, intermediate shafts, oil cylinder pins, boom hinges and and bearings of the lift are worn.
Do Not Adjust Relief Valve
Every element in the hydraulic lift system works under specified pressure. Any adjustment of the relief valve may cause abnormal operation of the hydraulic system.
Electrical Safety
Non-professional personnel is not allowed to disassemble and assemble electrical appliances at will to prevent electric shock or misconnection. The lift has been inspected and debugged before leaving the factory, and all technical indicators meet the design requirements. When using it, only connect it to the power supply, and the hydraulic and electrical systems do not need to be adjusted.
Oil Change Procedure
Discard the hydraulic oil, tighten the joints, and remove the oil filter. After cleaning, use compressed air to clean it, then put it back into the oil tank and connect the pipeline. (Replace with new oil, do not continue to use old oil.)
