Maintenance:
1. Whether the rollers, intermediate shafts and bearings, oil cylinder pins and bearings, boom hinge shafts and bearings are worn or not.
2. All parts of the elevator are filled with some lubricating oil to prolong the service life of the bearing.
3. Oil quality and oil level of hydraulic oil. When the lift is raised all the way, at this position, the hydraulic oil level should be 40-50 mm higher than the bottom of the tank. If the hydraulic oil becomes dark, sticky or has foreign matter such as grit, it should be replaced in time if found.
