High-quality extruded aluminum alloy guide rails are robust and durable, and combined with an overload protection system, safety interlock devices, protective chains, and explosion-proof and leak-proof valves for the hydraulic cylinders and pipes, comprehensively resisting risks such as overload, loss of control, falls, and leaks. CATHAYLIFT Platform Lift Elevators safety protection system is equipped with an electromagnetic interlock device for the floor doors, which realizes automated locking control of the opening and closing of the intermediate doors, effectively avoiding the safety risks caused by unauthorized entry; it is equipped with a high-precision gravity-sensing emergency braking mechanism with a response delay of ≤0.5s, which can quickly trigger braking in case of sudden abnormal working conditions to ensure the platform stops smoothly.
The hydraulic system features a silent pump station with integrated frequency converter, achieving low-noise operation and providing a manual descent function in case of power failure, allowing for rapid response to emergencies such as power outages. It is equipped with high-precision obstacle detection sensors that collect real-time path signals. When an obstacle is detected, a stop signal is immediately output, halting the platform's descent and preventing collision damage.
The guide rail system uses extruded aluminum alloy profiles, possessing high strength, corrosion resistance, and low deformation characteristics.
