CATHAY Towable Lift's lifting system is equipped with an up and down control mode, which makes operation intuitive and convenient, greatly improving work efficiency. Its small and compact body is equipped with strong climbing force and excellent traction, which can easily cope with rough terrain. The four-wheel drive and braking system ensure smooth and safe driving. It innovatively adopts two parallel four-link linkage boom structures, taking into account the compact storage volume and ultra-large lifting stroke. The simple telescopic mechanism in the middle further expands the operating range and achieves dual adaptability to narrow spaces and wide-area operations.

• High-strength structural design and outstanding durability: The telescopic arm is made of high-strength steel to minimize welding deformation, which not only achieves the best strength-to-weight ratio and minimizes the droop size of the main arm, but also ensures that the equipment is durable and adapts to long-term high-frequency operation requirements.
• Flexible operating performance, covering a wide range of scenarios: the forearm can operate in a wide range of 150 degrees up and down. It is equipped with a large-capacity hydraulic cylinder and continuous hydraulic oil circulation design, which can stably control the temperature of the hydraulic system and ensure operating efficiency and flexibility under complex working conditions.

• Intelligent control system, convenient operation and maintenance: Equipped with a newly upgraded proportional control operating system and built-in fault diagnosis function; the chassis, turntable and platform are all equipped with IP65 protection grade industrial controllers, combined with advanced CAN bus control, the circuit is simple and reliable, greatly simplifying the maintenance and troubleshooting process.
• Multiple safety protections make operations more secure: It has a programmed action interlock function, which prevents the equipment from tipping through the linkage logic that limits the expansion and contraction of the boom and the luffing amplitude; the dual-spool hydraulic circuit avoids the risk of valve sticking, and the emergency power unit can ensure the safe recovery of the vehicle in the event of engine failure, thus avoiding all possible operational hazards.

• Precise and stable performance, enhanced safety: The work platform is equipped with an automatic leveling system, which accurately detects the angle and controls the proportional valve through the leveling controller, resulting in excellent leveling accuracy and reliability; the anti-misoperation function can prevent the engine from restarting repeatedly, and automatically limits the travel and boom movement speed at high amplitudes and heights, further improving operational stability.

Precautions when using the towable lift:

1. When the towable lift is in working condition, the legs must be supported and objects are not allowed to shake on the lift platform;
2. Do not move the towable lift while it is running;
3. Overloading is strictly prohibited, and under special circumstances overloading by more than 10% is not allowed;
4. The lifting platform is not allowed to be used in strong winds, greater than level 5, or during thunderstorms;
5. If the working pressure of the towable lift is too high or the sound is abnormal during use, it should be stopped for inspection to avoid accidents or damage to the machine.
