Working Principle:
- 1. The Power Source: The heart of the system lies in the vane pump, which generates hydraulic oil under pressure. This pressurized oil forms the driving force for the lifting mechanism.
- 2. Filtering for Precision: Only clean oil, free from contaminants, reaches the hydraulic cylinder, safeguarding the system's longevity and performance.
- 3. Precise Control: The explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, throttle valve, hydraulic control one-way valve, and balance valve work in unison to precisely control the oil flow to the hydraulic cylinder. These valves are responsible for directing the oil flow, regulating hydraulic pressure, and ensuring smooth lifting operations.
- 4. Lifting with Power: The pressurized hydraulic oil enters the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder, pushing its piston upwards. This upward motion is what directly lifts the platform and the load, efficiently elevating the working area.
- 5. Controlled Return: As the piston moves upwards, the hydraulic oil at the upper end of the cylinder is directed back to the fuel tank through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve. This ensures continuous oil circulation and maintains the system's stability.
- 6. Pressure Management: The overflow valve plays a crucial role in regulating the system's maximum pressure. It ensures that the pressure never exceeds a safe limit, preventing potential damage to the system. The pressure gauge provides a visual indication of the system's pressure, allowing for vigilant monitoring and adjustments.
