2. Step-by-Step Lifting Process
Step 1: Power Activation
The electric motor (or diesel engine, depending on the model) powers the vane pump, pressurizing the hydraulic oil.
Step 2: Oil Flow & Pressure Build-Up
Hydraulic oil passes through the oil filter to remove contaminants before entering the electromagnetic reversing valve.
The pressurized oil then flows through the throttle valve (controlling speed) and hydraulic one-way valve (preventing backflow).
Step 3: Cylinder Extension & Lifting
The high-pressure oil enters the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder, forcing the piston upward.
As the piston extends, the scissor mechanism expands, elevating the work platform.
Step 4: Pressure Regulation & Safety Control
The overflow valve ensures pressure remains within rated limits, preventing system overload.
The balance valve stabilizes the descent, ensuring a controlled and jerk-free lowering motion.
Step 5: Descent Mechanism
When lowering, the electromagnetic reversing valve switches, allowing oil from the cylinder's upper end to return to the tank.
The throttle valve adjusts descent speed for smooth operation.
