1. Viscosity is an important index of hydraulic oil. Appropriate viscosity and good viscosity temperature performance can ensure accurate and sensitive transmission of power under the condition of changing working temperature and ensure normal lubrication of hydraulic components. When the viscosity is too low, it is easy to cause leakage of the hydraulic system and the hydraulic system cannot work normally. When the viscosity is too high, the force transmission efficiency decreases, the flow speed of the hydraulic oil decreases, the oil discharge of the oil pump decreases, and the lifting speed of the elevator decreases.
2. Poor quality hydraulic oil has turbid color, high viscosity, many impurities, high moisture content and lack of necessary chemical additives; The good hydraulic oil is colorless and tasteless. It is added with anti-wear agent, which can reduce the wear of the hydraulic system, especially the hydraulic pump, and extend the service life of the hydraulic lifting platform.
3. In the low-quality hydraulic oil, the water content is high, and it is easy to produce rust or corrode metal, which will emulsify the oil, significantly reduce the lubricity, accelerate the aging of the hydraulic system, and reduce the service life of the hydraulic lifting platform; Good hydraulic oil has good rust resistance and anti-oxidation safety, is not easy to oxidize and deteriorate under high temperature and high pressure, and has long service life.
