1. It must be used in an outdoor site with open space and flat ground. This is very important to prevent accidents in case of limit failure.
2. Before use, the limit travel switch must be checked to ensure the reliable action of the limit travel switch, which is an important measure to ensure safety; Check wiring to ensure correct wiring (including phase sequence); Before power on, ensure that the distribution box is free of sundries.
3. During use, the four legs of the mobile elevator must be supported, the four tires are not stressed, and the lower chassis of the mobile elevator must be horizontal.
4. The load test shall be carried out for many times. During the first load test, the no-load test can be selected to test whether the lifting and lowering speed of the mobile elevator is reasonable, whether the stability of the platform can meet the requirements, whether the sound is normal, and whether the rated lifting height can be reached. If the test data is normal, the second load test can be carried out; Half load test can be selected for secondary load test, and it is recommended to test the stability of the platform. If the shaking is within the allowable range, three full load tests can be conducted to determine whether the parameters of the platform are normal under the rated load. If it is normal, it can be tested four times - overload test, and 110% load can be added to test whether the anti overload device setting of the platform is reasonable. If the setting is correct, the lifting platform cannot rise under the overload condition. If it can rise, it indicates that the setting of the lifting platform overload device is unreasonable, and the manufacturer should be required to adjust the setting again.
