1. The lifting mechanism is made of a high-strength manganese steel rectangular tube;
2. It is equipped with an overload hydraulic safety protection system for the lifting platform;
3. Equipped with an anti-drop safety protection device to prevent the pipeline from bursting;
4. Equipped with a manual lowering valve for emergency lowering in case of power failure;
5. Optional telescopic tabletop to expand the scope of high-altitude operations;
6. Pneumatic tires or solid tires are optional;
7. Optional manual hydraulic pump as lifting power;
8. Optional AC two-phase or three-phase power as power;
9. Optional DC battery or diesel motor as the power.
Maintenance
The towable scissor lift is a type of aerial work platform equipment. During use, frequent maintenance and safety inspections are required. Only in this way can the hydraulic lift serve us better and increase its service life. After a period of the normal use of the hydraulic lift, all transmission parts must be maintained systematically. The specific parts are:
1. Check the lubrication of the strut pin and oil cylinder, and inject enough grease.
2. Check whether the hydraulic oil pipe is broken and whether the joint is leaking or loose.
3. Check whether the electrical circuit is loose or false.
4. Check whether the joints of the electric panel box are loose and whether the indicator light is working normally.
5. Check whether the control handles and buttons of the electrical and hydraulic valve blocks are flexible.
6. Check whether the upper and lower limit switches are loose or damaged.
7. Check whether the pin nuts at each link are loose or fall off.
8. Keep the upper and lower slides of the hydraulic lift always in a lubricated state, and the rollers and slides must not be dry-grinded.
9. Check whether the cable is broken, and avoid the biting of animals such as mice.
