Usage Method:
- Power On & Vacuum Preparation
- Activate the control box's power switch to start the vacuum pump. The system first evacuates air from the accumulator to create sufficient suction. If the pressure exceeds 50, an audible and visual alarm will activate until optimal vacuum levels are achieved. Once the preset pressure (CM01) is reached, the pump automatically shuts off to conserve energy.
- Positioning the Suction Cups
- Maneuver the lifter using the hoisting controls until the suction pads align flush with the glass surface. Ensure full contact between the pads and the glass to maintain a secure seal before proceeding.
- Activating Vacuum Grip
- Engage the manual slide valve on the control handle to connect the suction cups to the vacuum system. The lifter will instantly secure the glass, and the pressure gauge will display real-time suction levels. A reading of -0.55kg/f (55 vacuum degree) confirms a stable grip, typically achieved within 2~3 seconds.
- Rotating the Glass (90° Flip)
- Remove the safety locking pin and apply force to the suction frame to rotate the glass. The mechanism locks automatically once a 90° tilt is achieved, allowing safe vertical positioning for installation.
- Transporting the Glass
- Use the electric hoist to lift and move the glass to the desired location. The lifter's balanced design ensures smooth, controlled handling even at elevated heights.
- Releasing the Glass
- Disengage the slide valve to cut off vacuum pressure, allowing ambient air to re-enter the suction cups. This breaks the seal, gently detaching the glass from the lifter without sudden shifts.
- Resetting for Next Operation
- Return the lifter to the starting position and repeat steps 2-6 for additional panels. The system's rapid vacuum recovery ensures efficient, continuous workflow.
