Glass Vacuum Suction Lifter is retractable at both ends, suitable for occasions with large size changes. Imported oil-free vacuum pump, valve, fast, labor-saving, accumulator and pressure detection ensure that the suction cup position is adjustable and can be manually closed. The usage method is as follows:

1. Start-up of glass suction hoist vacuum hoist

Turn on the power switch on the control box, the vacuum pump starts, and the air in the accumulator is first evacuated to ensure sufficient vacuum. When the pressure is lower than 50, the sound and light alarm light will alarm until the required vacuum pressure is reached. When the pressure reaches CM01 to the set pressure, the vacuum pump will automatically stop running to save power. The vacuum hoist is now ready.

2. Glass suction crane positioning

Control the movement of the hoisting equipment so that the suction cup of the suction crane is close to the glass surface, and the suction cup of the suction crane is fully fitted and sealed with the glass surface at this time;

3. Glass adsorption

Push the manual hand slide valve on the operating handle, at this time the suction cup is connected to the vacuum system, the suction crane automatically absorbs the glass, and the vacuum pressure gauge will display the vacuum degree (pressure) at this time. When the pressure gauge shows that it reaches 55 vacuum degree ( -0.55kg/f), it means that it can be transported, and this process takes about 2-3 seconds;

4. Glass flip:

Pull out the locking shaft pin, push the suction cup holder forcefully to make the workpiece turn upside down, until the shaft pin automatically locks the suction cup frame when it reaches the position of about 90 degrees, at this time, the workpiece can be turned vertically 90 degrees.

5. Glass lifting/unloading handling:

Control the electric hoist to transport the board to the discharging position;

6. Glass release:

Pull back the manual slide valve on the operating handle to make each suction cup communicate with the atmosphere, then the vacuum pressure between the suction cup and the glass surface disappears, and the glass and the suction cup are separated.

7. Repeat the operation:

Control the lifting equipment to move to the next board to be transported, and repeat step 2.

Apply a thin layer of butter to the exposed surface of the cylinder piston rod, remove the negative terminal of the battery, add an appropriate proportion of antifreeze to the cooling water according to the lowest temperature, the electric suction cup walking oil pump is a bidirectional variable piston pump, and drives the vibration wheel and Bidirectional variable motor for left and right wheels.
