1. Regularly replace the hydraulic oil of the lifting platform. The hydraulic oil used by the lifting platform is divided into winter and summer. This is a place that many users do not pay much attention to. Different hydraulic oil is not replaced according to the changes of the season, and it is often only noticed when the hydraulic cylinder of the lifting platform is abnormal. In winter, the weather is relatively cold, and the hydraulic oil of the lifting platform is easy to become viscous, so thinner hydraulic oil should be used. In summer, the weather is hotter and the temperature is relatively high, and the hydraulic oil is easy to become thin, so use a thicker one. The specific replacement cycle of the hydraulic oil depends on the local weather conditions.
2. Lubricating oil should be added regularly to maintain the lifting platform. During the use of the lifting platform, because of the relatively large load, the friction between the various components is relatively large, especially the chain and the shaft pin. Appropriate amount of lubricating oil is added before each use to ensure flexible operation.
