During use, the lift will undergo wear and tear due to the interaction between various components. Long-term wear and tear can lead to malfunctions and affect the work. Here are some precautions to take when using the lift:

The aluminum vertical mast lift must be placed on solid and flat ground during use to prevent tipping over. Press the "Up" or "Down" button to make the lift rise and fall. If the lift does not move, it should be stopped immediately for an inspection. If the working pressure of the lifting platform is too high or there is abnormal noise, shut it down immediately to avoid serious damage to the machine.

Regularly check the working status of the shaft pin every month. If the shaft pins and screws are loose, lock them to prevent accidents caused by falling pins. Keep the hydraulic oil clean and replace it every 6 months. When maintaining and cleaning the lift, be sure to support the safety prop.

Maintenance Methods for Aluminum Vertical Mast Lifts:

Maintaining the lift is crucial for its proper function and longevity. Here are some maintenance methods for wear and tear:

Regularly polish the lubricating oil between the link pins of the lift to reduce the degree of wear between parts and reduce noise, which can play a good role in preventing safety accidents.

Remove and disassemble the lowering valve of the lift, blow off the plunger with compressed air, then install it and check all hydraulic lines and fittings. The pipes must not be damaged, the joints must not be loose, and all joints must be tightened.

Check the oil quality and oil level of the hydraulic oil. The lift should be fully raised, and in this position, the hydraulic floor should be 40-50mm higher than the bottom of the box. If the hydraulic oil is dark, sticky, or has foreign matter such as gravel, replace it in time (32# hydraulic oil).

Regularly check whether the rollers, intermediate shafts and bearings of the lift, oil cylinder pins and bearings, boom hinges and bearings are worn.

Before performing any maintenance on the hydraulic system, relieve the pressure to prevent the pressure oil from spraying out and the lift workbench from suddenly sliding down.

Do not adjust the relief valve arbitrarily. Every element in the hydraulic lift system works under specified pressure. Any adjustment of the relief valve may cause abnormal operation of the hydraulic system.

When inspecting under the lift work platform, hang and support the lift work platform to prevent it from falling suddenly.

Non-professional personnel is not allowed to disassemble and assemble electrical appliances at will to prevent electric shock or misconnection. The lift has been inspected and debugged before leaving the factory, and all technical indicators meet the design requirements. When using it, only connect it to the power supply, and the hydraulic and electrical systems do not need to be adjusted.
