Our dual mast lift is not only a powerful tool for working at heights, but it also prioritizes safety in its design. Here are the safety warnings to keep in mind when operating the lift:

1. Before operating, make sure that the wind speed does not exceed 5.5 m/s (class 4). Operating the lift in storming and lightning environments is strictly forbidden. It is crucial to place the lift on even and solid ground with a well-level adjustment.

2. All four legs of the lift must be fully extended and firmly in contact with the ground before starting operations. The lift can only be used after all four indication lamps light up.

3. During operation, the operator must keep their body within the platform handrails. Do not install any additional matter like ladders or steps to increase the climbing height. The operator's feet must be firmly on the footboard, and piling other materials at the foot of the rails is not allowed.

4. When using the AC machinery, use an extended wire larger than 15 amperes.

5. Insert the plug into the socket with the ground wire.

6. Do not overload the platform. When the lift is more than 10 meters in height, the loading should not exceed 150 kg.

7. Before moving the platform, descend the rails to the lowest position, then draw back its supporting legs. Only then can the moving process start.

8. When the lift is installed on a slope less than 5 degrees, two people should operate it in cooperation. The working rails must face the direction of the downslope. If the slope is more than 5 degrees, transportation should be done with an aiding forklift.

9. Before using the lift after it has been stored for a long time, carry out the operation with empty loading for several times. Only when everything is confirmed to be regular, the lift can be put into operation.

10. The operating area should be far away from the high-pressure cable and other obstacles that hinder safe operations. Please refer to the attached table for more details.
