The platform adopts hydraulic pressure and chain lifting mechanism, its frame is welded by using rectangular steel pipes, and its elevation standing pillars are made by using high-strength aluminum alloy, so to make its mechanism compact, safe, and reliable. There are two operation button controls one on the lifting operation platform and the other on the downside of the platform, and both of them adopt the safe voltage. The position of the up-lifting limit is controlled by the space limit block; its lifting draw is safe for its elevation standing pillar uses the double chain to draw the lift. In conclusion, the whole mechanism is reasonably excellent and reliable.

1. During operation, the wind speed should not exceed 5.5 m/s (class 4). Operation is strictly forbidden in storming and lightning environments. The operation can be started only after the installation is well placed on even and solid ground and well-level adjustment.
2. When used, all four legs must be fully extended out and steadily contacted to the ground, and the operation can be only started after the four indication lamps light on.
3. During operation, the body of the operator must be kept within the platform handrails, any additional matter like a ladder or steps cannot be installed to increase the climbing height, and the operator’s feet must be steadily stepped on the footboard. It is not allowed to pile other materials at the foot of the rails.
4. When operating the AC machinery, an extended wire larger than 15 amperes should be used.
5. The plug should be inserted into the socket with ground wire.
6. Operation should not be overloaded.
7. When moving the platform, descend the rails to the lowest position, then draw back its supporting legs, and only at this time, the moving can be started
8. When the platform is installed in a place with a slope less than 5 degrees, the operation should be done by two men in cooperation, and the working rails must face the direction of the downslope. If the slope succeeds by 5 degrees, transportation should be with an aiding forklift.
9. When the platform has been stored for a long time, before use, operation with empty loading should be carried out for several times, only when everything is confirmed regular, can it be put into operation.
10. Operation area should be far away from the high-pressure cable (see attached table) and other obstacles that will hinder safe operations.
