The CATHAYLIFT electric plate suction cup car is easy to operate. The vacuum suction cup feeding system equipped with the small mobile lifting glass car can complete the vacuum adsorption of metal plates such as iron plates, steel plates, aluminum plates, stainless steel, etc. The suction cup is attached to the surface of the metal plate with the help of the vacuum force formed by the electric vacuum pump to establish a strong connection between the suction cup and the plate. The adsorbed object can be tilted, rotated and moved to any target point to achieve non-damage heavy material transfer. Equipped with a vacuum accumulator and a sound prompt device, it has excellent controllability and process stability. The position of the suction cup and the crossbeam can be freely adjusted to meet the adsorption requirements of plates of different specifications. The energy-saving control vacuum generating device is adopted to reduce operating expenses. Working principle: The handle carried by the suction cup car manages the vehicle's advance and retreat, battery power on and off, and horn functions. The vehicle's advance and retreat movements are realized by the drive motor through the transmission box. The braking system adopts electromagnetic type, and the brake pads apply force directly. The drive motor triggers the brake when the joystick is in the limit position, and the joystick is in the middle to allow the vehicle to move forward and backward. Pushing the joystick up activates the pump station, and the pressure oil drives the hydraulic cylinder to lift the boom; pushing it down activates the pump station, and the hydraulic cylinder returns oil to lower the boom; pushing forward activates the pump station, and the pressure oil drives the hydraulic cylinder to extend the boom; pulling back activates the pump station, and the hydraulic cylinder returns oil to retract the boom.
