Testing Before Using

After receiving our products, please check the products carefully and test them. We have carried out three strict quality inspection procedures before leaving the factory to ensure that each machine has good working performance and stable operation. The specific inspection steps after receiving the goods are as follows:
1. Choose a strong, level, and unobstructed test area
2. Make sure the batteries are connected
3. Turn on the emergency stop
4. The key switch turn to the ground controller, and the power indicator light
5. Check the LED of the platform controller
6. Emergency test: Turn off the “Emergency stop”, all functions can not run.
7. Raise/decline function test: The horn works at this moment. Raise/decline 60times/s. Hole protection: 300time/s, Platform incline: 600times/s
8. Turn the switch key to the upper controller. Press the raise button, and the platform goes up, press the decline button, and the platform goes down. During this moment, the horn works.
9. Emergency decline test: Press the raise button, and lift the platform to about 60cm. Pull off the Emergency stop handle, the platform should be down slowly, the horn does not work.
10. Platform controller test: Emergency test: Turn off the “Emergency stop”, all functions can not run. Turn on the Emergency stop, the LED light will be on, and the horn works
11. Upper controller raising/decline test: Press the lifting button, Operate the joystick according to the blue arrow, the platform raised, hole protection device open. Release the joystick, and it will stop raising, operate the joystick in a different direction, and the platform gets down, and the horn works.
12. Turn test: Press the moving function button, Hold the control handle, and press the turn switch at the top of the handle, steering wheels will turn in your direction.
13. Brake test: Hold the handles control button to the middle position, and all function stop.
14. Drive speed test. Press the lifting function key, to lift the platform to about 2 meters from the ground. Press the moving function key, and the maximum speed is not over 20cm/s.
15. Tilt sensor test: Attention: During this test, the operator should be standing by the platform, not on the platform. Put 2 pcs 2×4 cm under the two driving wheels, the alarm warning 300 times/min when you lift the platform to 2.1m, you can not move the platform unless declining the platform.
16. Hole protection test:
Hole protection test: Lift the platform to about 1.2m height, the hole protection device will unfold, and start another limited switch to keep working. If the limited switch is broken, the alarm will resound and the platform stop working.
17. Check the workplace to avoid dangerous conditions: abrupt slopes, potholes, obstacles, smooth road surfaces, high tension wires, load surface capacity, and other weather conditions
